Lake Kissimmee, Overstreet Ramp 06/21/08

1. Registration begins at 4:30 and ends at 5:45, we will launch at approx 6:00  from outside the basin of the ramp.
   
2. Please gather for a short captains meeting before launch at 5:45 on shore
   
3. Please stage boats outside of ramp basin after meeting while waiting for launch
   
4. We will begin to enforce the timely turn in of number tokens, remember the rules state for them to be turned in by 3:00 or be DQ'D….In your pocket doesn't count ???
   
5. DO NOT !! Come to the scales with fish in your bag, please follow the rules and get in line for our bags once scales are open. We will weigh in when all boats are accounted for
   
6. Please turn running lights on !!!!. We have had a few each month that put themselves and others in harms way by not making sure lights are on and working properly
   
7. Check in time is 3:00, weigh in to follow after each boat is accounted for
   
8. Please stay to give those in the top 10 a pat on the back after the weigh in. While your killing time, enjoy watching the pleasure boaters loading and unloading their boats. Should be good for a few laughs!!!
   
9. Please exercise good sportsmanship at all times, remember the 2 casting distance rule !!
   
10. ***Remember the qualifications for the Classic have changed for 2008, you must be in the top 25 in points or have fished all events in 2008, you may pay absentee entry if done before the event to get credit for tournament in case you can't make it on a particular weekend *** Anyone not clear on this please contact me before it's too late for you….
    
11. Be cautious on the dirt road, when it gets wet it gets very slick!! You may want to keep transport cover on your boat until after you get to ramp.
    
12. Please be sure to get your waivers at registration time, it is your responsibility to do so.
    
13. We have about 20 cards left for the raffle of the Rec Warehouse Patio Set. We want to sell all of them to have the drawing...We will extend ticket sales for 1 more month as we have not achieved our financial goals. Proceeds from this fund raiser will provide trophies, as well as help with Angler/Family appreciation day cookout in November. After this month any tickets of the remaining 20 that are not sold will be added to the pot and represent the "house". If the house were to win the drawing we would then sell the patio set on ebay or CraigsList. The proceeds will then go to the above mentioned funds. Guy's please get your tickets. I would love to give this set to one of our anglers or their family. Drawing will be held at Crooked lake tournament regardless of number of tickets sold. Thanks for your help and support.
    
14. Enjoy your day on the Kissimmee Chain of lakes, There is no Off Limits the day of the tourney. Just use caution in the event of storms if you lock through……
    
15. Please pay entry with some dollar bills and 5's if you can. We are short of change each tournament to make exact pay outs, we do however always favor the anglers by adjusting pay outs up to their favor. This is great except for the impact it has on classic funds. Please help us if you can, Thanks
