The Courtesy Bass Fishing League is a non profit organization. Courtesy Anglers is an association of individuals, who have come together for a common goal of sharing in the competition, and sportsmanship of tournament bass fishing. The officers of Courtesy Anglers perform their duties as a service to all League members. For their continued service, officers will be exempt from registration fee. Officers will adhere to all rules and regulations of Courtesy Anglers.
Release of Liability, Subrogation Waiver
I hereby release the Courtesy Bass Fishing League, its officers, members, and sponsors from any and all damage claims, demands, or expenses relating to injury of any persons or property which I may sustain or may cause while competing in this league's tournaments. I understand that I am subject to: be in the vicinity of boats at a high rate of speed, be subject to personal injury or even loss of life, be caught in adverse weather conditions, or be subject to extreme heat and or cold weather conditions. I have acquainted myself with all league rules and regulations, and agree to abide by all safe boating practices . I expressly assume any and all risks whatsoever, associated with my membership and participation in league tournaments or activities. I further agree that I will never sue or attempt to lay liability on the league, officers or sponsors, for any damages, or injuries, caused or received during competition.
